Fully furnished and equipped private offices with breathtaking panoramic views of the capital city center. The offices are designed for a team of three to six people with a separate office for the manager.

The manager’s office is equipped with a Mirra work chair, whose adjustable design allows you to sit in the most comfortable position, allowing you to relax and focus on important tasks. The manager’s desk is equipped with a pedestal with three drawers, and the table top has built-in hatches with socket blocks that provide easy access to all communications.  Additionally, there is a visitors’ coffee table and chairs by manufacturer Herman Miller.

In order to create the most comfortable conditions for effective work in open space, we have selected ergonomic Sayl workchairs. All tables are equipped with tables with three drawers and built-in hatches with socket blocks. 

The offices have high panoramic windows that allow for sufficient daylight, manually operated roller blinds, and a climate control system that automatically maintains the set temperature.

Access to offices is provided via contactless smart cards that are integrated with the building’s elevator, turnstile, and door-management system. The card also provides an opportunity to get a 15% discount at the Ritz-Carlton, Astana restaurants and SPA, as well as a 40% discount on renting the hotel’s conference facilities and the largest ballroom in the capital.

A separate executive office, designed for one person, combines the convenience of a private space and the possibilities of a spacious office, equipped with everything necessary for effective work, as well as for meetings, presentations and even conferences.
